It's time to begin gearing up for the 85th annual Laconia Bike Week, which takes place this year from June 14th through the 22nd, 2008. Overall, last years rally was a fun and trouble free week with an attendance that was dramatically up over the previous year, but still down from the string of good-weather years before that. After being derailed in 2002 by the over-hyped threats of violence, politics, and some horrendous Bike Week Live! Weather, Bike Week has made a strong comeback and it now pushes on as the oldest running motorcycle rally and a true world class event.
